I am not sure wether it depends on my mood, the participants mood, the phase I am in at the moment in life or just the fact I am developing but..
some classes I teach I feel more of a spiritual serenety,
it just feels calm and focused, I almost feel like doing meditiation on my own in the middle of the class ha ha or just enjoy the feeling.
it is a wonderful feeling, and it seams I get it more & more often..
I have an idea though that I am gonna try one or a few classes next term.
okey, sure it comes most in classes with people who have some experience with me as their teacher, and classes with participants who comes more regurlary or when people start to find thier breath even in the transitions between their asanas.. because it is SO often that people want to much in their asanas and start to tension up their whole physical body and all the explosive muscles, and also in many cases then aswell start to come further up both with their awarnes towards the surface and also their breath up in the chest.
so this make them also start to mentally switch over to a more stressed mood..
like a bad circle wich many times starts with a competetive feeling or the fact that they loose control of their yogic breath.
..and then when releasing their asana they have a tendensy to loose inner awareness and just "take a breather" and becomes more "out there" while switching over to savasana for relaxation & collecting in between..
usually with more experience, or in some cases when you start to get over that edge when you realize it all comes more together when NOT forcing and straining your self, also then it is easier to remain inner awarness and a yogic breath all thru the class, and afterwards an even higher rewarding feeling : )
of course my mood and energies afects the participants in the class, but I think also the opposit way sometimes.
so remember positive thinking, it can be just to respect your fellow yoga practitioners & your yoga teacher.
many things affects in various ways, just talking to much before a yoga class with all and everyone is not allways the best preparation, even if you are just kind and a social kind of person : )
the yogic journey is truly long, continues & interesting.
sometimes ups & downs, sometimes just "same same" and sometimes new things/thoughts/feelings/understandings appears..
